truth is I love good music.
Been following MI Abaga's Music since way back in Abuja, I was there for a job and in a bus that I entered there was this Music blasting out of the speakers, well I thought it was just one of those upcoming artistes that was playing on other people's music, that was the first song I heard. (SAFE)
Then one day in the office a colleague went out and by the time he came back he was so very excited and talking about a dude from Jos that was doing music such that Lagos was on its feet just for his music and I asked what the name was he said MI, and I was like huh ? who's MI I have not heard about him he told me the guy does good music and I was about going to VI that day he begged me to get the CD for him, I did got the CD for him and we both listened to it in the office, there and then I fell for MI's music and what fascinated me the more was when I heard a friend's voice on the speakers and I put a call straight to my guy to confirm that it was him, as back then in Jos we were used to laughing @ him each time he attempts to sing, he was the drummer in our church while I was on the piano so we were really close friends from that moment I never looked back, I guess I have every bit of MI's Music from the first to the last Mixtape Illegal Music 2 and am still rocking MI.
Recently MI did something that is my passion, the fight against domestic violence has come to be part of me, I have a serious passion for that cause and I have been doing all I can to talk to my friends and people around me about it then MI came out with a song that touched that subject and he did it very well, there were other artistes involved in the project and all of them did marvellously well and incredible but why I singled out MI is because he is my faourite artiste, I love Eldee's Music with a passion and I have been following Waje as well, yea Omowunmi to me is a great artiste too, but the truth is MI remains my number one Nigerian Artiste and 2baba rocks my board as well.
